We’re proud to mark the successful handover of the newly refurbished Marks and Spencer at Anlaby Retail Park, bringing to a close an intensive 8 week programme of works delivered in partnership with CTS

This project required a coordinated and highly flexible delivery model, operating around live site constraints and tight timelines. Utilising 14 team members we executed a full scope of specialist cleaning services, including:

• Daily operational cleans (03:00–05:30) to support ongoing works
• Internal high-level cleaning
• Builders cleans throughout the programme
• Full sparkle clean ahead of completion
• Final handover clean to client standards
• External low-level jet washing and rotary cleaning
• External high-level cleaning
• Litter pick around the store prior to handover

This site was an extremely fast paced environment where consistency and quality were non negotiable. Credit to our team for maintaining high standards throughout and delivering a seamless transition from construction to store ready condition.

Thanks to CTS as principal contractor for a well structured programme and, in particular, clear, consistent communication throughout. That level of coordination made a real difference to efficiency on site and overall delivery.
